Lorraine Travel has an exceptional staff of veteran travel professionals. Outside the founders who founded the company 57 years ago and still own, operate and manage the business, some key support staff have over 30 years of industry experience.  This is notable in an industry that is plagued by high turnover and inexperienced staff. We were the first Florida travel agency to fully implement the Sabre system.  In addition to a public website on the internet, we can interface with government web-portals to enable clients to utilize self-service models. The portals utilize the latest software and web based applications to provide the most competitive government fares and rates available.

Responsiveness is the key word of our relationship with our clients. The vertical integration of the firm’s managerial resources provides speedy and accountable decisions and solutions for clients, without the frustrating poor customer service so typical of today’s multi-layered and sometimes inaccessible management.
