The dedicated team concept provides federal agencies with travel consultants who are keenly aware of the government travel policies and unique requirements of any federal agency.Either approach expedites the entire reservations process and a greater allegiance is built between the agencies and a TMC.

All of our agents will utilize ResFax™, a powerful software application which relieves the agents of the time-consuming, redundant tasks inherent in the reservations process so that they are more readily available to handle a grater volume of transactions.  For instance, when dealing with simple point-to-point bookings, by resorting to ResFax™, instead of manually performing the task, our agents are able to provide comprehensive flight and airfare options in a quick fashion. ResFax™ will produce and transmit via fax or e-mail, up to thirty-six (36) flight schedules and fare combinations on most trips. At the same time, ResFax™ empowers your travelers and travel coordinators to make informed decisions on the best travel options while simultaneously focusing on the cost factor.
