One feature we
believe differentiates us from all other TSS schedule contractors
is our initiative to provide Federal Agencies with
special dividends that can offset some of the impact of
transaction fees. Once we are issued a task order,
we will enroll any agency in a program whereby
the agency is awarded earned tickets for purchases on participating
carriers. Flown revenue would be automatically tracked
and reported. Earned tickets will vary by volume and
carrier mix and will be redeemed at the agency's discretion.
Presently
under one program with a major domestic carrier, for every
$5000 spent on said carrier, an agency would earn 500 points.
Accumulated points can then be redeemed towards earned tickets on
the carrier* for future travel. The itinerary one chooses
determines the number of points required at the time of redemption. For
instance, one coach class ticket within the Continental
US, including Alaska, Canada & Mexico requires only
2000 points. So in effect, for a quarterly spend of $250,000,
an agency would accumulate 25,000 points, which can be redeemed
toward 12 roundtrip earned tickets.
The
fair market value of these earned tickets can be high.
For instance, earned flight certificates can be issued in
lieu of purchasing expensive tickets. Adding
the cumulative value of all earned tickets can in many ways
help defray some if not most of the issuance fees associated
with management of a travel account.
