With Lorraine Travel's Quick Change service, travelers may make voluntary changes to flights (not destinations) without incurring additional transaction fees once travel has begun. Travelers who may have an emergency or just want to take an earlier flight home may make changes without incurring additional transaction fees.

Enhanced Seat Assignments
Enhanced seat assignments - Lorraine Travel's automated systems continually monitor each reservation for securing or improving seat assignments based upon traveler preference. Reservations are monitored up until time of departure and travelers are notified of seat upgrades.

Priority Waitlist Service
Priority waitlist service - Lorraine Travel's automated systems continually monitor reservations with requests for sold out flights in order to secure lower fares or preferred flight times. Travelers are notified of clearance of desired flights by their personal travel representative(s).

Travelers can receive itinerary updates through their web-enabled mobile phone or PDA device, alerting them to current flight status information, weather delays and gate assignments while traveling.

24 Hour Lemans assistance program is provided to travelers experiencing delays, flight cancellations, hotel overbooking, or simply needing to change a flight. Named after the famous French road race, 24 Hour Lemans specialists are trained in problem solving to get travelers "back on the road" quickly. Unlike many emergency assistance centers that are outsourced, the 24 hour Lemans team is staffed with Lorraine Travel's own personnel, serving only Lorraine Travel customers.

Complete Lodging Services
Lorraine Travel provides complete lodging services, including access to GSA's Federal Premier Lodging Program properties; hotel properties that meet FEMA fire safety requirements; lodging searches by address; customized reference points to provide instant mapping of hotel properties in relation to travelers' place of business; and documentation of per diem allowance for lodging.

NUSA Lodging Program
Lorraine Travel maintains a specialized government hotel program that has been tailored to the requirements of our government clients. These include hotel properties that are location specific, i.e. near U. S. Courthouses and other Federal installations.

Rental Car Reservations
Rental car reservations when made in conjunction with airline or rail reservations are included as part of Transaction A. We will reserve rental cars at government rates, quoting the lowest on-airport rate as well as lowest off-airport rate offered.
