Our Emergency
Call Center's objective is getting federal agency travelers who
are faced with flight delays or cancellations "back
on track" in a matter of minutes. Our Emergency Call
Center operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day,
and 365 days a year. We do not subcontract this service
to a call center that handles emergency travel service for
other agencies.
The
Emergency Call Center's staff consists of
experienced agents who have not only been trained in the
policies of our government accounts, but have also received
special training on traveler's rights and airlines' obligations
for cancelled and delayed flights. Prompt, knowledgeable
service from specialists who know Federal Government policies and
travelers rights is greatly appreciated when travelers require changes
to a reservation due to unforeseen delays or cancellations,
especially outside normal business hours.
