Our Emergency Call Center's objective is getting travelers who are faced with flight delays or cancellations "back
on track" in a matter of minutes. Our Emergency Call Center operates 7 days a
week, 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year. We do not subcontract this service to
a call center that handles emergency travel service for other agencies.
The Emergency Call Center's staff consist of experienced agents who have
received special training on traveler's rights and airlines' obligations for
cancelled and delayed flights. Prompt, knowledgeable service from travel
specialists who know travelers rights and travel policies is greatly appreciated
when travelers require changes to a reservation due to unforeseen delays or
cancellations, especially outside normal business hours.
